Special considerations and screening are required for pregnant patients and patients with claustrophobia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What Do I Need to Know Before an MRI?<\/h3>\n<p>MRI uses a strong magnetic field, so certain medical conditions, implants, and objects may affect your eligibility for the examination.
