For emergency cases, you may go directly to the hospital and proceed to the emergency room. Patient information will be taken by the emergency nurse.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Please proceed to Reception Desk<\/li>\n
  2. Present government issued identification card (KTP \/ SIM) and let them know if you would like to register to see a GP or a specialist<\/li>\n
  3. Fill out the form with personal information, such as your current address, telephone number, and the next of kin<\/li>\n
  4. You will be directed to the waiting area<\/li>\n
  5. The nurse will let you know your queuing number and will call you once it is your turn to see the doctor<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Please mention your appointment schedule to the receptionist<\/li>\n
    3. You will be directed to the waiting area<\/li>\n
