2. Schedule Confirmation
   After receiving your request, our staff will contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm your preferred schedule and obtain additional information about your medical needs.
3. Home Care Visit
   Our home care team will visit your location at the confirmed time and provide the required medical care and services based on your needs.
